Stomp with Multi-Cultural mix of Music!

Presented by yIN Harmony, this fusion music ensemble will hype you up with beating drums!
Paired with different ethnic percussion instruments such as the kompang and rebana (Malay drums), mridangam and tabla (Indian drum), Chinese drums and gongs, the array of traditional percussion instruments will be complemented with melodic instruments such as dizi, Indian flute, western flute and band setup of bass and piano as well. The performance is a fascinating multi-cultural presentation of musical instruments and this genre of fusion music will spark an interest in students to understand more about traditional cultural music.

Through this fusion music performance, students will be able to learn more about traditional music instruments and relate to them through contemporary music arrangements.

Add-on Segment: Introduction of Traditional Costumes can also be incorporated into the programme as an additional segment if schools wish to include the topic into the performance presentation.

As part of our Music & Culture series, schools who would like to find out more about our other Music & Cultural events, please contact us at
