Airbrush Painting Workshop


Airbrush is an air-powered technique of painting for creating amazing hyper-realistic paintings, automotive embellishments, letterings, T-shirts graphics and for cosmetics, etc.

All equipments provided from air-guns, compressors and specialist paints required so that this interesting technique is accessible to student who would otherwise find it impossible to experience due to the complicated set-up.

A series of simple exercises and projects lined-up to develop skills in airbrush painting that can be applicable to other visual art medium.

Low requisite, beginners can use stencils, while advance learners can learn to spray freehand. This hands-on experience would greatly assist students’ understanding of digital art.


L01. Awareness of aerosol art and various painting effects achievable with the the /airbrush.

L02. Acquire airbrush handling skill to control spray painting.

L03. Able to relate and apply various application of aerosol art.

L04. Plan and manage the processes of painting with airbrush equipment and materials.

L05. Create works of art using airbrushing techniques

$90 per student (No GST)

Inclusive of equipment set-up including air-guns, compressors, paint materials and friskets.

No material or equipment purchase. All provided.

Schools may use the Tote Board Arts Grant to subsidise the programme cost. There is a subsidy of up to 50% of the programme cost for mainstream schools, and up to 70% of the programme cost for Special Education Schools.
The Tote Board Arts Grant is not applicable to pre-schools. NAC partners selected pre-school centres to receive funding to purchase Pre-School AEP.

The following programme is approved under NAC-AEP 2019-2022 until 31 December 2022.
