Watercolour Painting (with outdoor sketching)
- OUTLINE -
1. To expose students to various techniques and materials to complete a successful watercolour painting. 2. Outdoor drawing/painting using ink and watercolours. 3. Introduce elements and principles of art. 4. History of local and international watercolour history (especially for students taking SOVA paper) 5. Collaborate on display and conceptualization of works. 6. Art appreciation visit to NGS (optional)

1. Fundamentals of watercolour painting 2. Applying EOA and POD to a drawing/painting 3. Studio techniques and Plein Air techiniques 4. Art appreciation

Materials fees not included. to be
purchased directly by school and pay
Schools may use the Tote Board Arts Grant to subsidise the programme cost. There is a subsidy of up to 50% of the programme cost for mainstream schools, and up to 70% of the programme cost for Special Education Schools.
The Tote Board Arts Grant is not applicable to pre-schools. NAC partners selected pre-school centres to receive funding to purchase Pre-School AEP.
The following programme is approved under NAC-AEP 2019-2021 until 31 December 2021.
