- OUTLINE -

1. To expose students to the art of sculpture, design and creation. 2. To allow students to develop and express their creativity and imagination. 3. To foster teamwork amongst students. - LEARNING OBJECTIVES - Synopsis : 1. Students will perform a study on the given theme, such as ' marine life ' or ' human figures '. 2. The theme will then be translated to forms in graphic design. 3. Experimentation with various textures and patterns in design will be encouraged. 4. Students will then be taught skills in order to translate their designs into sculpture forms. Highlights 1. Hands-on experience in conceptualization, planning and execution to watch of sculpture creation. 2. Chance to express their creativity in visual art forms. 3. High quality art work may have a chance to be displayed within school premises.

- LEARNING OBJECTIVES -

Learning point for the audience 1. Concepts and practical skill in creation of a sculpture. 2. Modification of motifs into graphic design forms and application of textures and patterns to enhance the visual impact and appeal of the sculptures.

$2880 and above

Schools may use the Tote Board Arts Grant to subsidise the programme cost. There is a subsidy of up to 50% of the programme cost for mainstream schools, and up to 70% of the programme cost for Special Education Schools.
The Tote Board Arts Grant is not applicable to pre-schools. NAC partners selected pre-school centres to receive funding to purchase Pre-School AEP.

The following programme is approved under NAC-AEP 2019/2020 until 31 December 2020.
